I'm not happy with the app at all. The video rarely loads and allows you to view and the door bell rings in the app hours after the actual door bell was rung. It also takes forever to load so I can disable the alarm. I have an android and have a ton of issues. My husband has an IPhone and has fewer issues.
System has a huge delay when disarming/ arming with cell phone
I am still having the same following issues. I will be switching alarm services soon. When selecting temperature, it takes 5 -15 minutes to turn on my a/c. My alarm was activated as away when selected stay was selected. The app has it's ups and downs. But lately it's been more down.
Out of the blue my login stopped working. Tried to change password, not happening (not getting password reset email). A smart home device (doorbell camera) has become a dumb home device now.
It was great but all of the sudden it won't save the temporary access code for the end time. Very frustrating.
If you set the sensitivity low enough to not reach your upload quota on video then your camera never records next settings result in large quantities of videos of nothing garbage security system total fraud
Drops connectivity all the time. System is very slow
